Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Drafto Chrome extension and the website vsdev.cc (together, the “Service”), operated by Vladislav Slugin (“we”). By installing the extension or signing in on the site you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Drafto is a productivity tool that lets you draft, summarise, and refine Gmail replies with the help of a large language model. Output is generated by an AI model and is provided on an “as-is” basis. You are responsible for reviewing any draft before sending it.

2. Accounts

You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

3. Plans and billing

• Free tier — a limited number of AI generations per rolling 7-day window. The exact limit may change with notice.
• Drafto Pro — paid subscription with higher quota, billed via Stripe on a recurring basis at the price shown on the Drafto page at the time of purchase.
• You can cancel the subscription at any time from the dashboard. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no proration is made.
• We reserve the right to change pricing, but existing subscribers will be notified at least 14 days before a price change takes effect on their subscription.

4. Refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from a first paid subscription within 14 days of purchase under applicable consumer-protection law; by signing up and immediately using the Pro features you expressly acknowledge that the service begins right away. Outside that window, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Contact vladslugin987@gmail.com for refund requests.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• send spam, harassment, illegal, or clearly misleading content;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, clone, or resell the Service;
• generate content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law;
• circumvent quota or rate limits, or share a single account with unrelated users;
• upload content that you do not have the right to process with an AI model.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the emails and other content you process through the Service. By using the Service you grant us the limited right to transmit your content to our AI provider for the sole purpose of generating a draft for you. We do not use your content to train models and we do not retain email content on our servers (see the Privacy Policy).

7. AI output disclaimer

Drafts are produced by a probabilistic language model and may contain inaccuracies, made-up facts, or tone that does not match your intent. Always review a draft before sending. We are not responsible for the consequences of sending AI-generated content without review.

8. Availability and changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time, including AI models used behind the scenes.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and, if applicable, cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, you can request deletion of your account data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event, and (b) EUR 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or damage to reputation.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
