Local build in IntelliJ IDEA 2023.3.8 with a sample project. Build settings were adjusted for this run; highlighting code is unchanged. The IDE interface is in English. Select an image to view full size.

Made as a test assignment. The plugin finds buttons, menus, links and editable fields in the IDE window and marks them with a blue outline.

Features

  • Toggle highlighting with a shortcut or the Tools menu
  • Restore the original appearance when highlighting is turned off
  • Handle interface components appearing during use

Project status

An experimental plugin targeting IntelliJ IDEA 2023.3.8. Compatibility with newer IDE versions has not been verified.
